Lalo Visual Rebrand

New York

2021—2022

For Lalo’s full brand relaunch and site redesign, I developed the visual system and directed the production of a new brand photography library across the entire product catalog (~150 SKUs). The goal was to reposition the children’s category through a more elevated interiors lens: sophisticated, warm, design-led, and made to feel naturally at home in grown-up spaces.

The visual direction, rooted in the language of high-end interiors, defined lighting, lensing, framing, styling, composition, and cultural cues. I then brought the system into execution through 3D/CGI product visual production, and a multi-week shoot across several New York homes with parents and children.

The resulting 750-asset library replaced the brand’s existing imagery for every single SKU across site, advertising, and 360 channels, establishing a distinctive visual world that carried the brand for years.

The system also extended into ecommerce visuals, creating a flexible production framework for the full catalog of ~150 SKUs.

Using 3D, we built efficient, future-proof templates that allowed us to generate thousands of PDP and merchandising images with consistency, speed, and minimal production resources. This approach gave the brand a scalable image engine: cost-effective enough for a lean startup, precise enough to maintain premium visual standards, and adaptable enough to support future product drops without rebuilding the creative system from scratch.
